WEEK 5 VISITING BOOK FESTIVAL AT KAED.

Hai everyone...

So, during week five, we went to the Kuliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED) Book Festival as a class. Books from several Malaysian universities, including Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), were available for purchase.

The books' genres were also diverse, encompassing works on Islam, books on sustainable development, and field guides for education. My purpose for visiting was to gather information for my group project. "Perspectives on Sustainable Economics Growth and Decent Work" by Siti Suraya and Zuraidah Sulaiman was one of the books that caught my eye. This book explained the idea of sustainable development in relation to the obligations to achieve the SDG goal while experiencing sustainable economic growth.

Islam places a strong emphasis on education and knowledge. "Iqra," which means to read, was the first word of the first verse of the Quran when it was revealed. The significance of reading, learning, contemplating, and researching is emphasized throughout the Quran. Reading has a lot of advantages in Islam.
